Birthdays, Baby Showers, Reunions!

The Bright Building is a great space for all kinds of events. Birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, a place to get engaged, etc! Need a space for a special event but don’t need the whole day?

The Bright Building is now offering packages for non wedding events. Bookings would include a $150 cleaning fee and would be priced at $100/hr.

Customize your time to your event and just rent it for the amount of time you need. Set up and clean up times will also be included in the rental time.

These events can only be booked up to 2 months before their desired date!

Every event is required to pay the cleaning fee and then for the number of hours rent out our space for. This is a great option for shorter events. Remember to schedule enough time for you and all your vendors to setup and take down!

Wedding Pricing

We only offer our Weddings full day bookings! We do this so that our weddings have the optimal time for their special day. Our full day pricing gives you the space from 10am-11pm. Click the button below to check out our details and rates!

    A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO LOCK-IN YOUR RESERVATION.

    TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER WE OFFER IN HOUSE SERVICES LIKE CATERING AND DECORATING.

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ESLE WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE YOU WITH LIST OF TRUSTED, PREFERRED VENDORS OR HELP GUIDE YOU IN FINDING YOUR OWN.

  • WE TAKE A DEPOSIT OF 50%, NON-REFUNDABLE, AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

    THIS IS 50% OF THE VENUE PRICE.

    YOU CAN PAY SEPARATELY FOR OTHER SERVICES LIKE SET UP, TAKE DOWN DECORATING AND CATERING IF YOU WISH TO USE THOSE.

  • WHILE FURNITURE AND MANY AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED FREE, SETUP AND CLEANUP ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

    HOWEVER YOU CAN SETUP, DECORATE, AND CLEAN UP YOURSELF FOR FREE.

    OUR TABLES ARE ON LOCKING CASTERS TO MAKE THEM EASY TO ROLL AROUND AND STURDY WHEN YOU LOCK THEM IN PLACE. WE ALSO HAVE A CLEAN UP LIST AND CLEANING SUPPLIES AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE TO HELP DIRECT FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN HELPING.

  • THERE ARE A FEW ITEMS YOU CANNOT USE: DUCT TAPE, CONFETTI, GLITTER.

    WE LOVE THEM BUT THEY CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE OR REQUIRE DOZENS OF EXTRA HOURS TO REMOVE COMPLETELY.

    USING ANY BANNED ITEM OR ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR DAMAGING THE VENUE WILL INCURE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

  • YES, FREE OF CHARGE.

    WE HAVE 15 WOOD AND STEEL TABLE (3’X8’), EACH SEAT ANYWHERE FROM 6-10 PEOPLE.

    WE ALSO HAVE 150 WOODEN FOLDING CHAIRS ALONG WITH MANY OTHER AMENITIES.

  • YES, ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A LICENSED BARTENDER. THERE IS A $100 ALCOHOL FEE.

  • YOU CAN COME IN AS EARLY AS 10AM ON THE DAY YOU BOOKED.

    SUBJECT TO SPACE AVAILABILITY YOU MAY BE ABLE TO SETUP EARLIER THE DAY OF FOR A PRICE OF $150/HR.

    SUBJECT TO SPACE AVAILABILITY YOU MAY BE ABLE TO SETUP THE NIGHT BEFORE FOR $350.

    EARLY SETUP AVAILABILITY IS DEPENDENT ON THE CLEANUP OF ANY EVENT THAT OCCURS THE DAY PRIOR TO YOURS.

    ALTERNATELY YOU CAN RENT THE SPACE FOR 2 DAYS IF YOU EXPECT A SIGNIFICANT SETUP PERIOD.

    WE FOLLOW THE STATE’S MOST RECENT GUIDELINES WHICH ARE NO RESTRICTIONS.

    PLEASE TAKE SAFETY MEASURES THAT YOU AND YOUR GUESTS FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH.
