Even with it’s downtown location it is quickly accessed by the interstate making it not only beautiful but painless for your guests to get to. The building’s historical indoor urban space has an open floor plan that really gives you the flexibility to make it your own. When you reserve you get the event space for the full day, so that you can maximize the amount of time to decorate and entertain. With gorgeous vintage steel frame windows beautiful natural light floods in during the day, while permanent strung cafe lights illuminate the space at night. Wether you are wanting a small and intimate dinner party, or a large open house wedding reception, the Bright Building fits with class. And close access from the interstate means your party can quickly get there whether you’re in Utah County or Salt Lake County. We are excited to meet you and help you make the perfect wedding day!
Perfect Floor Plan
The Bright Building Event Space is wide open with many beautiful large windows to let in lots of natural light. It has so many unique features and natural backdrops. These backdrops and features consist of lofty barrel vaulted ceiling, industrial steel trusses, brick walls, metal sliding doors, vintage steel windows, cement floors, pre-hung cafe lights, and a spiral staircase. We have chosen to add beautiful indoor plants to our space that have brought some wonderful pops of life and color to your event day. Our Mezzanine gives your guests an extra space to hang out and also can be used as a great spot for your photographer to use as a vantage point to snap pictures of your wedding and guests. Lastly we offer a Powder Room for you and your wedding party to use as a getting ready space or to simply relax in. The Bright Building has everything you need to have that perfect dream wedding!
Best Value Utah County Event Space
We have the team, amenities and connections to help you pull off your ideal wedding or event. With beautiful custom wood and steel tables, folding wooden chairs, sound system, cafe tables, cafe lights, catering space, sound system, microphone, projector we have everything that you will need for your event. We have added new custom metal chandeliers that you can lower, decorate and raise back up to customize the space with greenery, lights or whatever fits your wedding decor. We also provide a catering area with a commercial fridge, freezer, sink, counter-space and its own entrance/exit that you can use to load in and out. We have no restrictions on which caterer or vendors you use, so feel free to use the catering space yourself or hire your favorite catering company! Need advice? We have a directory of vendors that we have worked with and love in the past. You are not restricted to these vendors but its a good place to start if you need a good photographer, videographer, decorator, wedding planner, caterer, dj etc.

Use our 15 custom crafted wood and steel tables, 150 wooden folding chairs, cake table, decorative arch, permanently hung cafe lights, projector, professional speaker system, wireless microphone and more that will save you thousands in extra rental costs and dozens of hours of additional setup and transport. We want to remove the stress and confusion so you can focus on what’s most most important, you.

One of our ultimate favorites is Gloss Design and Rentals. Not only do they provide amazing packages for your wedding or event decor, but they also offer setup and take down, which we personally do not.

WHILE FURNITURE AND MANY AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED FREE, SETUP AND CLEANUP ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
HOWEVER YOU CAN SETUP, DECORATE, AND CLEAN UP YOURSELF FOR FREE.
OUR TABLES ARE ON LOCKING CASTERS TO MAKE THEM EASY TO ROLL AROUND AND STURDY WHEN YOU LOCK THEM IN PLACE. WE ALSO HAVE A CLEAN UP LIST AND CLEANING SUPPLIES AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE TO HELP DIRECT FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN HELPING.

THERE ARE A FEW ITEMS YOU CANNOT USE: DUCT TAPE, CONFETTI, GLITTER.
WE LOVE THEM BUT THEY CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE OR REQUIRE DOZENS OF EXTRA HOURS TO REMOVE COMPLETELY.
USING ANY BANNED ITEM OR ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR DAMAGING THE VENUE WILL INCURE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
