The Bright Building is in the heart of Provos historic “Auto Row” district. Along University Ave just south of Center street used to be the place in Utah County to purchase a car. There were several car dealerships including Studebaker, Ford, Volkswagon, Porsche, Audi, Chevrolet, Buick, GM, Chrysler, and others. The Bright Building started as a Studebaker Dealership. Then sold Ford Edsel’s and after that VW Porsche Audi. Today the remodeled car dealership is a multi use building with offices, retail, event space, photo and video studio, residential, workshop and warehouse/storage. We focus on serving local businesses including startup companies, video production and more! we focus on flexible terms, affordable prices with a cool building filled with a great community of local businesses. We have offices ranging from 1 person up to 5,000 sqft. we have an emphasis on small offices that can accommodate companies from 1-10 people. We like to sign shorter leases that accommodate the changing needs of our tenants. We usually sign 1 year leases and have the ability to help you find a bigger or smaller space inside the building if needs dictate. With about 30 spaces in the building there are many great options
