We want to be a part of your story and provide a beautiful space with tons of value at a great price! We don’t think you should have to spend an arm and a leg to get the perfect space to celebrate your wedding day! When compared to the 4 most similar venues* in Provo we are on average about $1,100 less expensive per day. The Bright Building is the same size, has equal flexibility with the vendors you use, has a brides room, arch, AV equipment, and furniture. The Bright Building also has on average more parking, better and more google reviews and a beautiful and rich history. We feel that the Bright Building event space provides such great value and such a great experience that its no wonder it has been a favorite for couples since 2017. HISTORY
The Bright Building is an old car dealership located in the heart of Provo’s historic “Auto Row” district. There were many car dealerships in the area and was the main place that people from utah county came to buy vehicles. The Bright Building started as a Studebaker dealership then transitioned to a Ford Edsel dealership and finally a Volkswagon, Porsche, Audi dealership. It was built in the 1940’s and has a fun Mid Century car dealership vibe. We love the cement floors, barrel vaulted ceiling, brick walls and large steel frame windows. The space feels wide open and lets so much natural light in creating a wonderful space for you and your loved ones to celebrate. We know how hard it can be to choose a venue. Size, style, price, location, policies, parking, tables, chairs, space to get ready, catering restrictions etc all go into the decision making process. It can be hard to keep it all straight. We did some comparison with what we felt were the 4 most similar venues in Provo. The one venue that we left out of our comparisons is our sister venue The Startup Building which is very similar to the Bright Building. All of these venues* are very similar size, include lots of furniture, AV equipment, similar policies on alcohol, guest capacities, and similar refund and catering policies. WHILE FURNITURE AND MANY AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED FREE, SETUP AND CLEANUP ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
HOWEVER YOU CAN SETUP, DECORATE, AND CLEAN UP YOURSELF FOR FREE.
OUR TABLES ARE ON LOCKING CASTERS TO MAKE THEM EASY TO ROLL AROUND AND STURDY WHEN YOU LOCK THEM IN PLACE. WE ALSO HAVE A CLEAN UP LIST AND CLEANING SUPPLIES AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE TO HELP DIRECT FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN HELPING.

THERE ARE A FEW ITEMS YOU CANNOT USE: DUCT TAPE, CONFETTI, GLITTER.
WE LOVE THEM BUT THEY CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE OR REQUIRE DOZENS OF EXTRA HOURS TO REMOVE COMPLETELY.
USING ANY BANNED ITEM OR ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR DAMAGING THE VENUE WILL INCURE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
